That was the vision of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah had, while addressing
Faculty and Students of Islamia College, Peshawar on 12th April, 1948. BSPS & C
draws its objectives from this vision. BSPS & C has emerged as beacon of light to
attract students who believes in “Ilm-o- Amal”

Every child has right to education. Right to education is not only the right to access
education but right to receive quality education. Quality education will lead to
empowerment; a process that will strengthen individuals, organizations, communities
and as a result will lead to better future of our country and converting students from raw
material into balanced citizens and dynamic leaders, who can face challenges of
emerging world.

Our History

Blue Star Public School (BSPS), a project initiated by the Shining Star Group of Schools, which has been delivering exceptional education in Rawalpindi Cantt since 1980. BSPS commenced its first academic session in March 2010.

Our Vision

It is an institution with the vision to impart education in low and middle class areas by employing well-disciplined and qualified faculty to advance the learning and develop basic skills of its students.

Our Mission

Its basic aim is to adopt modern educational techniques.
To promote Islamic ideology among our students.
Try to make them civilized, patriotic & highly moralized citizens.

About Us

BSPS is registered with the PEPRIS (Government of Punjab) and is affiliated with the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Islamabad, under codes (SSC-22102 & HSSC-HSSC-22594).

Blue Star Public School is situated in developed area, Chamanabad, Misrial Road, Rawalpindi which is approximately 2km away from Special Communication Organization (SCO)

BSP SCHOOL

Blue Star Public School (BSPS) offers a well-structured academic journey starting from Montessori classes, including Playaway Nursery and Prep, to comprehensive SSC-level education. At the secondary level, students can choose from diverse groups such as Bio-Science, Computer Science, Humanities, and with Arts. The school is committed to providing a strong educational foundation, nurturing young learners with modern teaching methods, and preparing them for future academic success.

BS COLLEGE

Blue Star College is an extension of Blue Star Public School which commenced its 1st session in March 2018. The students are prepared for the Higher Secondary School Certificates (Intermediate) examinations conducted by Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad.The academic year is divided into terms, followed by a series of tests that last for 2 months.Finally, Pre-Board examinations are administered.

Montessori / Pre School

First step in a child’s educational journey, designed to support well-rounded early childhood development. It focuses on building essential cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skills within a warm, engaging, and nurturing environment. Through play-based learning, hands-on sensory activities, story-telling, and guided interactions, children are encouraged to explore, create, and grow with confidence. The program promotes Language development, social interaction, and early problem-solving skills, laying a strong foundation for a successful transition to Junior School. In a safe, supportive, and stimulating setting, Preschool fosters curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning, helping every child reach their full potential.

Junior School

The Junior School at Blue Star Public School provides a strong foundation for academic excellence and personal growth during the formative years of a child’s education.
